Oasis Academy Sholing is looking to recruit a well-qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated, Teacher of English to support the Principal, staff and our students as we ‘strive for excellence’.
The Science department is a progressive, successful team that places its students at the centre of what we do. We use a shared curriculum based around the most significant concepts in science, with an explicit focus on what is it to be a scientist. The successful candidate will be required to teach Science at KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and make a positive difference in Academy life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential. You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. A passion for science and a commitment to integrating it across the curriculum is paramount.
