Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a band 3 Health Care Assistant to join the Nursing and Conditions service within the Treatment Rooms. The post holder will work 30 hours per week over 4 days across Hull and east Riding between the 08:00-1800hrs. The role will involve working independently across various treatment rooms to deliver care to patients under the guidance of the registered nurses. The successful candidate will have a period of probation to work through the clinical skills passport and this will require a period of time to complete shadow shifts. Main duties of the job The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker, used to working under pressure, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, carers and other members of the MDT. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate IT literacy and this post requires that you have the ability to travel between locations to carry out your work and to attend training and visits; daily access to transport is therefore essential. The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
