Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lettings Inventory Clerk and support worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will play a vital role in the property letting process, ensuring that all inventory checks are conducted accurately and efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive property inventory checks, including detailed reports on the condition and contents of properties.
2. Take clear and accurate photographs to support inventory documentation.
3. Prepare detailed reports that highlight any discrepancies, damage, or maintenance issues.
4. Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring they understand property features and responsibilities.
6. Maintain organised records of inventory reports and ensure they are easily accessible.
7. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions between tenancies.
8. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
9. Check tenants in and out of rental homes.
10. Carry out mid-term inspections.
11. 1-2 days per month will be appointments out of area which will require cover.
12. Office cover when not on appointments.
What kind of person would this role suit?

3. Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
4. Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications. Training will be given.
5. A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
6. Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for property visits. This role will be mainly out of office.
7. Self-motivated individual that is happy to work long periods alone and happy to travel.
