About The Role
Warrington Road is a vibrant residential care home for disabled adults with complex care needs in Widnes, Cheshire. We provide a high level of support to enable them to achieve their personal goals and live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
2. Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
3. Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
5. Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
