About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning, helping to create an engaging and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
✔️ Providing one-to-one and small group support to students.
✔️ Assisting with planning and delivering tailored interventions.
✔️ Supporting students with SEN, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
✔️ Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
✔️ Preparing resources and assisting with administrative classroom tasks.
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of the primary and/or secondary curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting students’ learning.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
