Key Responsibilities:
* Verify property titles for ownership, restrictions, and disputes.
* Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents for transactions.
* Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents for seamless processes.
* Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches.
* Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
* Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
* Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
* Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
* Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
* Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference.
* Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments.
About You
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified with a valid practicing certificate.
* Minimum 2 Years PQE within Residential Property
