This role involves working with students aged 11 to 18 who may face barriers to learning due to social, emotional or mental health needs. What the Role Involves
This is a part-time position with working hours of 10am to 3pm, with varied finish times depending on the day.
You’ll be supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them access learning, manage behaviour and build the confidence they need to thrive.
Your ability to build positive relationships will be key, as you offer consistency, encouragement, and tailored support to meet each pupil’s individual needs.
