We are looking for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to lead facility maintenance and operations across the resort. The successful applicant will report to the Head of Club Experience and be supported by a maintenance technician, delivering exceptional facility standards for our members.
As Maintenance Manager, you will take full accountability for all aspects of facility maintenance and operations, including:
1. Statutory health & safety checks and tasks
2. Proactive preventative maintenance programme
3. General plant and pool plant management
4. CAPEX programme
5. Prioritising reactive maintenance tasks
A good working knowledge of facility management and experience within a maintenance role is essential, along with the ability to prioritise workload, efficient time management, practical problem-solving, and the ability to engage quickly with colleagues and work well under pressure.
This is a hands-on and strategic role managing and planning workloads, controlling costs, liaising with contractors, and negotiating the best price. You must also be a natural leader with a ‘can do’ attitude, leading by example, and possessing a real eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest levels of maintenance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000-£32,500
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday (shifts between 0530-1800) - around the needs of the business
* Weekends
* Potential Evening availability

* Witney: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
* Facilities maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
* Project leadership: 2 years (preferred)
