Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Belfast
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
The impact you will have
You will be responsible for delivering world class customer care. Working in a team, responsible for providing administration support for Arjo Customer Service teams including Rental and Service departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound telephone calls and manage shared mailboxes within the department ensuring a swift and effective service is provided to our customers.
* Schedule service and repair work for field engineer teams.
* Maintain regular contact with field teams regarding daily work activity, location and job status.
* Liaise with customers and other relevant parties over delays, problems, or queries to ensure that communication regarding the status of service work is maintained.
* Review completed work, issue quotations and produce invoices to send to customers.
* Assist customers with invoice queries and issue credits where required.
* Update and maintain customer data on our electronic system and spreadsheets.
* Provide administration assistance and cover where required within the department and to field staff.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
* Qualifications: Good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English
* Work experience: Preferable to have worked within a similar Customer Service environment
* The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
* Be able to work accurately to meet deadlines, follow company standards and procedures
* Be able to relay information clearly and accurately, ask questions to understand information and have strong listening skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft packages, especially Excel
