School Sports Coaches design and deliver coaching programmes that focus on the acceleration of sustainable mastery of children’s psychomotor skills and wider physical education standards.
As Level 4 Sports Coach Apprentice you will typically have a varied and dynamic daily routine, combining practical coaching with learning and development activities.
The role will include:
* Preparation and Planning
* Coaching Sessions
* Administration Duties
* Management of equipment and resources
* Supporting with academy fixtures
The training you will be getting
On successful achievement the individual will achieve the Level 4 Sports Coaching (Schools pathway) apprenticeship. This standard aligns with the following professional recognition:
* The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) for level 4. On successful completion of this apprenticeship the Sports Coach will be eligible to become a Coach Practitioner Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA)
