We are now seeking an Engagement and Social Value Co-ordinator to co-ordinate Lovell engagement with local communities across our construction activity. Liaising with residents and organisations as required, you will support construction activities in managing communication and delivering key updates on schemes or corporate initiatives. You will be responsible for the delivery of Lovell Social Value initiatives, contributing to events and involvement with groups/events that provide positive outcomes for the communities in which we operate and recording outputs in line with the Lovell reporting framework. The successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and alongside colleagues in collating communication plans and formulating materials for distribution, therefore strong communication and organisational skills are key for this role. IT literate with proven experience in a similar role, you will be knowledgeable of Lovell contractual obligations and will be willing to gain an understanding of the region and its community needs.
