We’re seeking a bilingual Customer Service Manager who can lead our client support efforts, improve customer satisfaction, and build a positive experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and maintaining positive relationships.
2. Build and engage customer audiences, addressing their specific needs and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Oversee and improve communication channels to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
4. Provide forecasts and insights on customer engagement and satisfaction.
5. Track, analyze, and report on key customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
6. Use CRM systems to track client interactions and improve customer experience.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and elevate service standards.
8. Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and respond to inquiries.
9. Assist with basic web and content management to ensure accurate client-facing information.
10. Conduct light photo and video editing for social media and customer engagement purposes.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience with CRM tools and customer management systems.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
3. Basic web development knowledge (understanding of HTML, CSS, or use of platforms like WordPress).
4. Familiarity with traditional and digital customer service principles.
5. Experience managing client communication through social media platforms.
6. Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
7. Advanced proficiency in both Russian and English (verbal and written).
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service or client support role.
2. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
