Job Description
The Job Mission: Service Delivery Lead
As a Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT services across the business. Reporting to the UK IT Operations Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring that service delivery meets and exceeds business expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive service improvements and engage with clients to optimize IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Quality: Oversee and expand the delivery of high-quality services, aligned with business expectations.
2. Service Governance: Ensure departmental processes comply with business audit requirements and maintain asset registers and CMDB.
3. Collaboration: Partner with other departments to support seamless service delivery and contribute to project bids by managing knowledge processes.
4. Change Management: Lead and refine departmental Change Management processes for ongoing improvement.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues, building strong client relationships.
7. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
My Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT, with at least 2 years in a service delivery or similar role.
Knowledge of Service Delivery Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
Service Management Tools: Proficient in using service management software.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
