Our client is one of the leading electronic suppliers in Europe and are looking to recruit an Account Managerdue to progressive growth and expansion of the company. The successful candidate will provide administration/internal sales support to a friendly Sales team, with full responsibility of managing a growing group of UK accounts. Duties will include but are not limited to: Responsible and full ownership of Internal Accounts Order Management Complete ownership of the order process. Generate Purchase Orders / Sales Orders. Manage and interpret customer forecasts. Understand and provide customer status reports. Updating and maintaining our CRM system. Responsible for varying stock models Aged Stock Control Administration task KAM (Key Account Manager - External Sales) Working with all KAM's - external sales team Assisted Customer visits Key Management Contact Build strong relationships with all customers Liaise with customer on all aspects of the account management and coordinate and prioritise all customer enquiries Required Experience & Qualifications: Competent in using Excel (lookup, pivot tables, etc.) Microsoft Dynamics - D365 a must Customer Centric Previous sales experience Experience of working within a team Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment Key Skills & Behaviours: The ability to work in a pressurised environment Excellent organisational and planning skills The ability to work to tight deadlines Strong communication skills Strong work ethic A confident and professional telephone manner Timekeeping critical Offer: Free parking Annual Salary potentialdependent on experience - £33K (£27K plus approx. £6K bonus) Pro Rata Pension (5% non - contributory - 3% staff contribution) 25 days holiday Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm - office based Fri 8.30am to 1.30pm (home working - hybrid)
