JOB TITLE: Learning Support Officer (Teaching Assistant)
LOCATION: Kings Lynn
HOURS: 21 - 35 hours per week
SALARY: £11.72 - £11.82 per hour (Plus enhancement for leave)

Learner Support Officers offer one to one and group support to learners both inside and outside of the classroom through a range of activities based on individual learner needs.
We are recruiting to roles with a variety of hours on offer, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
Our Learner Support Officers work across a range of departments and provide support in classrooms, workshops and at social time, depending of the individual needs of learners and their timetable. These are rewarding roles where no two days are the same, and involve pastoral support, personal care and the chance to make a real difference to learners lives.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
