We are looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant to work in our busy school office. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive staff team and will work closely with the Senior Business Support Officer in providing effective administrative support for the school. As the first line of contact for parents and visitors, you will need to have the necessary interpersonal skills, warmth and humour to make all stakeholders feel welcomed and valued whenever they visit or contact the school.
Hours: 22.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:30pm
Duties will include:
* Assist in providing an effective, flexible and responsive administrative support service for the school
* Provide a friendly, professional reception service to all visitors and callers

* Has strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Has respect for confidentiality and sensitive information
* Is computer literate: Microsoft Office, email, databases and IT systems
Previous experience of working within school administration is desirable, but not essential.
