What you'll be doing: The Lean Process Analyst will support the implementation of Lean methodologies across the business, contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Working under the direction of the Senior Lean Process Analyst, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance by applying Lean tools and techniques to various processes. You will be required to: Assist in the mapping, analysis, and documentation of current business processes. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean principles. Support the measurement and reporting of process improvements to ensure impact and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in Lean workshops and problem-solving sessions to identify and resolve issues. What you'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is preferred. Creating process maps in BPMN format. Understanding of Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping). Analytical skills to assess and interpret data to support decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with process management tools is a plus. Experience: Some experience in a Lean process improvement or related role. Familiarity with business processes and operations in a fast-paced environment. Avel. Some travel to branches required.
