* We are looking for an Administrator to work with one of our public sector clients based in Northampton.
Temporary however ongoing.
Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00.
£12.07ph.
Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To:
1. Answering standard enquiries and passing messages to others.
2. Collecting and delivering files & bundles.
3. Creating, updating, distributing and tracking files, bundles, documents.
4. Creating and/or maintaining databases, lists, manuals.
5. Completing documents including standard letters, forms, applications, orders, records, registers, statistics etc.
6. Copying and completing standard letters, forms, registers, etc where the information is clearly defined.
7. Amending standard instructions, manuals and directories, circulating and distributing documents, journals etc.
8. Opening, sorting, distributing and dispatching post.
9. Lifting, filling & emptying sacks up to 11kgs on a daily basis.
