French speaking Travel Account Manager
Location: London
Hybrid work 3 to 4 days a week in the office after training
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

The company: A well-established tour operator based in North-West London specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland.
Main duties:
1. Be responsible for generating new business by meeting clients' requirements ensuring best itinerary is planned in order to increase sales.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and the market trends.
3. Prepare itineraries which include costings and quotes.
4. Ensure pricings are competitive and profitable following up with clients converting these to sales.
5. Liaise with internal departments ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Provide daily support and development to your team.
7. Conduct performance reviews providing feedback to ensure targets are met as well as company policies and standards adhered to.
8. Identify and facilitate training.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in French (Written and spoken) – Essential.
2. Previous experience within travel, tour operations or DMC required.
3. Background in leading and managing a small team a must.
4. Knowledge of Tour plan beneficial.
5. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mentality.
6. Proactive, dynamic and commercially aware.
