As a Property Performance Analyst, you will be expected to:
Support the Energy & Sustainability Manager with reviewing the performance of all assets within the Group to ensure all any identified expenditure via investment programmes is viable and provides value for money.
Complete the necessary option appraisals required to review the medium to long term future of the asset and will also be required to review trends across asset management to ensure value for money and reduce inefficiencies.
Assist with energy performance data and securing grant funding.
Commit to the CIH 7 Professional Standards of Conduct in your day-to-day activities.

Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Property Performance Analyst role, the skills you will need :
Degree educated (or equivalent)
Ofqual regulated CIH Qualification or the commitment to work towards
A high level of data analytic skills in order to manipulate large volume of data.
Experience of reviewing large data sets and identifying trends
Experience of creating reports highlighting the Net Present Value of the stock and developing strategies to create solutions
Track record of undertaking option appraisals to housing stock and assisting in formulating Asset management strategies
Experience of completing consultation to ensure the views of both internal and external stakeholders are considered.
Working with frequently changing priorities to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer care skills oral, written, numerical, negotiation, telephonic and presentational. Able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
Demonstrable knowledge of the main principles of Value for Money, Good Practice and continual improvement
Computer literate with excellent Excel & database skills
Ability to work flexibly and out of hours where necessary.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
Relevant Management Qualification
Track record of carrying out research to understand and validate data held in the Property Portfolio / Performance Matrix to ensure data integrity
Experience of reporting to senior management groups on a monthly basis
Experience of Asset Management systems, stock condition and producing 5yr & to 30yr reinvestment plans
Experience of IT systems to lead on the implementation of new processes to bring about efficiency savings
Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management, Repairs & Maintenance, Neighbourhood Management, Community Development and Regeneration Legislation and continuous improvement relative to the duties of the post
Willing to undertake any relevant qualification and CPD
