Job Opportunity
* Ensure Controllers are equipped and trained to deliver 24/7 Control Room services, including monitoring CCTV, radio, and alarm systems.
* Maintain regular system checks within the Incident Management Room (IMR) to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring operational readiness.
* Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary, providing coaching and training to support continuous improvement.
* Monitor team performance, including timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to Securitas Policies and Procedures.
* Conduct spot checks to ensure swift and accurate handling of alarms and provide proactive coaching for CCTV monitoring.
Essential Skills
* SIA Licence
* Driving Licence
* Able and willing to achieve DV Clearance
* 5 Year checkable education or employment history and supporting RTW documents
* 3+ years experience
