This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. What will your responsibilities be? As an Integrated Care Occupational Therapist, you'll be at the heart of delivering patient-centred care across hospital, community, and home settings. Your role will involve assessing and treating individuals with complex needs, helping them regain independence in daily tasks and improve their quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate rehabilitation plans. Additionally, you’ll provide vital support and education to patients and families, assisting with home adaptations, assistive devices, and long-term health management.
