We are looking for a Water Quality Scientist who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service. This is a 12 month fixed term office based role within our Regulation & Compliance Team in the Cardiff office As the Water Quality Scientist your key responsibilities are Support the delivery of regulatory reporting to strict deadlines which includes drinking water safely plans, compliance data, and event reporting Use performance and analytical data to inform and update companies risk assessments Advise the business on water quality matters, including emergency incidents and investigatory work, when required Take action to maintain public health by identifying risks and ensuring that the appropriate remedial measures are taken including liaison with external stakeholders To join the water quality standby rota and provide water quality advice and support to the out of hours team About you Degree level in appropriate technical discipline or hold Rsci, IEng or REnvP. Full driving licence. Technically competent on the full Microsoft suite of software.
