Job Title: SEND Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN).
2. Support the individual learning and development of students, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.
3. Use differentiation techniques to cater to various learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive education for all students.
4. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive, productive learning environment.
5. Build strong, supportive relationships with both students and staff, fostering a community of trust and respect.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. QTS Certification (Qualified Teacher Status).
2. A strong commitment to student development, particularly in an SEND setting.
3. Experience working with children with additional needs such as MLD, ASD, and Attachment Disorder is highly beneficial.
4. Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, enabling their academic and personal growth.
5. Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to managing behaviour.
