What you’ll be doing: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside our Head Of Business Development and the Marketing Team, where you will help contribute, develop, and execute creative ideas to help us tell our story to the UK and France. You will develop and grow the Badiani brand through a range of campaigns that deliver tangible change to customer perceptions of our distinctive fresh artisanal gelato offer. You will also help with the development of the delivery service in both countries. Key responsibilities include: Create and deliver a calendar of unique events and campaigns across all our shops to drive footfall Assist with the development and up-keep of marketing collateral Email marketing campaigns Develop local partnerships and co-marketing activities with brands in line with our values Assist in marketing and communications activities across offline and online channels Maintain communication consistency between all our shops, with product launch of the month, supported by video creations and posters Developing a network of influencers to spread brand awareness Organise marketing local events Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans Support with daily marketing administrative tasks Managing delivery platforms (Deliveroo, UberEATS, Embargo and VitaMojo) Generating a monthly report regarding all the marketing activities What were looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, hospitality, or consumer brands Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) Excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement 2 years of marketing experience ideally having worked in the hospitality sector Excellent knowledge of Google Workplace Fluent in English; any other languages (Italian and French is a big plus)
