Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing customer service while managing basic administrative tasks. This role requires clerical skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Golf knowledge or experience is not essential.
Responsibilities
1. Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
3. Process payments using touch screen POS software - no experience required.
4. Assist with administrative duties including filing and scheduling appointments.
5. Collaborate with team members with effective communication to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
6. Able to help with bar work.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
6. A friendly disposition with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
