Job Summary:
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to clients' users, ensuring they can use IT services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to users via the IT Service Desk, ensuring business continuity.
2. Handle and manage incoming calls and online requests, logging them in the Service Management tool.
3. Resolve IT Incidents and Service Requests in an efficient and customer-centric manner, updating records as necessary.
4. Understand and follow agreed IT Service Management processes, ensuring colleagues are informed on best practices.
5. Coordinate with other IT Support Analysts, providing support and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
1. Eligibility for SC clearance, with a minimum of 5 years' residency in the UK.
2. Experience with Windows 11, Service Management tools, and ITIL Foundation certification.
3. Ability to integrate Service Management tools with other platforms for continuous improvement.
4. Experience with hardware and software refresh initiatives, including end-user device provisioning.
