Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Systems Business Analyst on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid model from either their Northampton or Milton Keynes Office.
Your main duties as part of this role will be to support the business and its stakeholders to solve problems and create efficiencies using technology.
Typical tasks will include:
1. Gathering requirements and specifications
2. Being a subject matter expert for your technology application area
3. Identifying improvements
4. Solving business problems through technology
5. Ensuring the business and its users maximize the use of software and applications
You will have experience and skills in some of the following areas:
1. Business Analysis
2. Systems Analysis
3. SQL Databases
4. Business Applications / Software
5. Running your own projects
6. Stakeholder engagement
7. Requirement gathering, roadmaps, and process maps
8. Understanding of data, security, and systems
9. Ideally some automation experience such as Power Apps or Power Automate or a willingness to learn in this space
10. Documentation
11. Experience with Microsoft Data and AI would also be beneficial
