Customer Account Executive Location: Loughborough Contract Duration: 12 Months Pay: £14.48ph - £18.10ph Overview: We are currently seeking three proactive Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team during a period of significant change and system transition. This role is designed to support our premium customer accounts within the UK&I region through an important transition phaseincluding a move to a new SAP systemwhile ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. You will work on a flexible working model (95% remote with weekly office meetings and additional on-site training for new starters). Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service via email and phone, using Salesforce and SAP, to support premium, larger accounts. Manage proactive account and order management while ensuring compliance with established standards and Service Level Agreements. Build and nurture strong relationships with designated customers through regular contact calls and effective communication. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to promptly resolve queries and maintain high service quality. Participate in daily tier reviews, team meetings, training sessions, and mandatory compliance/EHS courses. Working Hours & Environment: Phones operational from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with calls wrapping up at 4:30 PM and a one-hour lunch break. Expect to handle around 510 calls per day, complemented by substantial email communication. Key Skills & Experience: Extensive customer service experience with a focus on account management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to manage your own workload and adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Experience with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous, especially as we transition to a new SAP system. A background in healthcare is not required; overall experience and a strong educational foundation are highly valued.
