Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and executing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The Contract Manager will work primarily from the Verwood office.

3. Ability to review and understand contracts
4. Experience with procurement and client management
5. Knowledge of construction industry regulations and laws
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Experience with pre-construction documents and cost analyses
8. Familiarity with overseeing multiple projects ranging from £5k - £1m
