Who are you:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to drive best in class digital marketing, focusing on managing our digital presence and ultimately driving ticket sales and revenue. If you're comfortable identifying opportunities, evolving ideas, getting under the skin of our users and customers then this role is for you. The role can be based in either Manchester or London, but initially during onboarding, there will be a need to spend some time with the team in Manchester.
You Will:
* Website Management – manage website design and content via the CMS to ensure it best showcases the brand and our clients.
* Analytics and Reporting - Utilise web analytic tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse performance, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness; generate regular reports to inform decision-making
* Social Media Management - Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Meta and LinkedIn, maintaining our brand voice.
* Digital Asset Management – ensure all digital assets and copy are up to date and well organised, including content for the Website, Booking Flows and others.
* Liaise with our festival/events clients on marketing opportunities and to ensure they are leveraging their digital opportunities on the platform
* Paid Media - help develop and implement our campaign strategy, utilising PPC, affiliates and paid social to help maximise revenue for Kaboodle and our clients
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in content management for websites and digital marketing
* Significant experience of marketing in a fast moving, creative environment
* Previous experience on working within the B2C and or Events Marketing sector
* Experience managing PPC and affiliate campaigns
* Understanding of SEO best practice
* Experience with paid social media adverts
* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Looker Studio, Google Looker, MS Excel and Google Sheets)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
* Experience managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversions API
Desired but not essential
* HTML/CSS knowledge or familiarity with website development processes
* Thorough understanding of GDPR
* We use Bolt (CMS) so experience with this would be great, but it’s not essential
The salary for this role is£35,000 per annum
We are a hybrid company, working 6 days per month in either our Manchester or London office. The specific days are flexible, allowing us to choose what aligns best with our role, team needs, and the projects we are working on.
