We are currently seeking a Agriculture and Compliance Administrator to join our team at the Cullompton site.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and complianceCollate orders for approval, ensuring they meet the necessaryExtract and present key information from data systems to assist in the recycling of Biosolids and the allocation of land for this purpose.Assist with obtaining and delivering soil samples for labMaintain farm files and key documentation, guaranteeing that contracts are followed, and relevant legislation is adhered to.Report significant changes in compliance or land availability to the Manager andAdvise farmers on compliance with current legislation and the use of governmental or EUKeep documentation up to date with agricultural legislation, government, and environmental regulations and guidelines.Report on productAssist in the development and implementation of new procedures, policies, andEnsure adherence to company and contractual obligations regarding stockpile inspections and complete all necessary paperwork.Handle enquiries and complaints from the public in person, over the phone, or viaAdhere to all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Management policies andProvide cover for HACCP testing asRequirements:Experience of waste recycling to agricultural land would beKnowledge of Quality and Environmental Systems would be desirable.Knowledge of waste regulations, Bio Solids Assurance Scheme, Safe Sludge Matrix and Environment Agency and Water authority regulations would also be desirable.SamplingExperience of land spreading techniques andAbility to communicate at all levels, including to keyExcellent organisational skills and prioritisingGood problem-solvingAttention to detail is critical and working to deadlinesAble to work as part of a team and on your ownMS packages to include, Word, Excel, andWhy Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?Competitive Salary : £13,794 per annum.Hours : Part Time 22.5hrs per week. 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday but days to be discussed at interview.Training : Monthly Courses for a variety of areas.Benefits : Additional holiday purchasing scheme*, Retail discounts with Hapi*, Retail Trust Wellbeing Support*, and more.Career Growth : Explore opportunities for professional development within our expanding business.Company Benefits : Excellent holiday allowance.
