About the Role
As a Business Consultant, your mission is to provide expert advice and guidance to existing and potential customers within Encodify's strategic customer segments to improve their way of working by using Encodify SaaS software solutions. This role also leads the delivery of Encodify solutions by scoping and delivering standardized solutions to customers with the Consulting team. The primary role involves analyzing business operations and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing effective solutions to achieve the customers' business goals, while also designing, implementing, and refining product configuration and related delivery processes. You’ll work hands-on with stakeholders to reimagine workflows, deliver proof of concepts, and scope solutions that add measurable value.
You won’t be configuring the platform full-time—but you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing some configuration work when needed. More importantly, you’ll need the technical intuition, architectural thinking, and curiosity to develop a deep understanding of what’s possible—so you can guide clients toward the best outcomes.
This is a pure Encodify platform role. While prior experience with other automation or MarTech platforms is valued, you’ll be working exclusively on Encodify to solve challenges across marketing, creative, operational, and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand client needs and expectations, provide configured solutions aligned with our GTM strategy, and deliver exceptional customer service. Continuously monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or engagements.
* Business Analysis: Conduct workshops for in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and operations. Identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks. Gather and analyze relevant data and present actionable insights and potential business value to drive informed decision-making.
* Solution Design and Configuration: Design, implement, and refine product configuration, related testing, and the associated delivery processes. Ensure that customer solutions are operational and stable.Project Scope and Estimation: Clearly define project objectives, business process scope, and deliverables. Collaborate with the Product Delivery organization to develop Statements of Work, budgets, resource needs, and timelines. Help to create and oversee project scope & estimation.
* Technical Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including potential customers if needed.
* Pre and Post Sales Support: Prepare and execute product demos to potential and existing clients and develop standard demo material in collaboration with the Product organization and the rest of the commercial team. Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) together with customers and our delivery team to prove the value of our solutions. Align clear expectations and output of the PoC to secure objectives and success. Provide technical assistance in pre and post-sales processes.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Conduct process mapping and reengineering exercises to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Implement best practices and performance metrics to measure and monitor process improvements.
* Data Model Design: Data Model Design and ownership. Ensure Engineers understand solution design and objectives.
* Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to provide solution advice and knowledge. Forge and maintain relationships with customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
* Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing their needs, requirements, and feedback to inform the commercial team and product development as input to potential improvement initiatives.
* Industry Expertise: Stay updated with Agency industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Continuously develop knowledge and expertise in the Agency industry or functional areas. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual capital within the organization by working with Marketing and Sales.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business consulting, business process analysis, and project management, preferably in a consulting firm.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant business operations, processes, and best practices, ideally within the Agency industry and Studio Production.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent project management abilities and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in teams.
* High-level knowledge of the Agency business, Studio Production and relevant processes.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Planning, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
* Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative processes is a plus.
* Experience with Encodify's products and technologies is a plus.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business, management, or experience with working in Agency/Production sector with Martech experience..
* Technical flair: you may not code, but you can read a diagram, think architecturally, and engage deeply with platform capabilities.
* A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and confidence in front of clients.
* Previous exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workfront, Airtable, Jira) is a plus—but you’ll be building solutions solely on Encodify.
