We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who thrives in a hands-on role, supporting both staff and residents while ensuring high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop the nursing and care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
2. Monitor governance, clinical outcomes, and staff performance.
3. Work both on the floor and in a supernumerary capacity, providing hands-on clinical leadership.
4. Support with medication management, care planning, audits, and compliance.
5. Ensure staff are working diligently and proactively, addressing complacency.
6. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to the team.
7. Rota management, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operation.
Requirements:
1. An active NMC PIN.
2. Experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy Manager.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Decision-maker with confidence and autonomy.
5. Experience with care planning systems (iCare, PCS, or similar).
6. Ability to manage governance processes, documentation, and audits effectively.
