Audit Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
1. Helping the Audit Manager deal with an exciting, increased workload, including;
2. Developing client audit plans based on regulatory compliance and risk management
3. Evaluating client internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
4. Leading and participating in on-site and remote client audits
5. Preparing informative, understandable and concise reports, for varied stakeholders
6. Managing, mentoring and training an enthusiastic team to deliver audits to the highest professional standards
Audit Assistant Manager Skills and Experience:
This highly-regarded accounting practice with a great culture seeks someone who can 'hit the ground running' for this important new audit leadership role. To be considered you should;
1. be a qualified accountant, with at least 2 years of experience in supervising/managing a team;
2. have proven experience in auditing and risk assessment;
3. possess excellent interpersonal ability, clear in communications with colleagues and clients;
4. demonstrate hands-on IT skills (eg, Microsoft Office and Caseware)
