The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. Would you like to be part of a team who responsible for the safe and sustainable operation and maintenance of our water recycling assets? What will you be doing? Reporting into the Treatment Manager, you will be providing administrative support to a number of multi-disciplinary teams across the Water Recycling business unit covering Cambridge and nearby areas. Key duties include: Coordinating the provision of meeting support including (but not limited to); booking of meeting rooms, timely communication with attendees, collation and circulation of relevant documentation, organisation of refreshments, production of action logs and/or minutes, guest invitation and communication of post meeting actions Responsibility for ensuring that any IT required to support meetings is in place and/or that meeting rooms are appropriate for the type of meeting being held Maintaining training records for all team members Support FLMs with production and delivery of safety plan Record keeping and document control of both H&S and QA documentation Ordering of PPE and stationery for team members as well as chemical and fuel for sites as required Ensuring that all data collection and retention in relation to the department, is in line with GDPR Produce required operational site documentation for the sites in your catchment in line with AW policy requirements Taking deliveries and supporting visitors to your base of work as required What does it take to be an Operational Administrator?
