Make an impact for patients in the UK
The purpose of this role is to nurture existing customer relationships and improve and grow the UK prehospital and B2B business. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the medical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a complex sales environment involving healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and regulatory considerations.
In this role, you will be in the field 3-4 days a week, partnering with your customers while demonstrating commercial credibility and conveying health economic, financial, and clinical benefits to a broad spectrum of personnel.
As the role is national, it can be based from any major city in England.
Suggested candidate profile
Setting you up for success is one of our cornerstones. In order to do so, we imagine you're already an experienced medtech sales professional, with a proven successful track record of selling to the NHS. You are a self-starter, set the bar high, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Furthermore, you:
1. Have experience in the Airway Management field, with the ability to demonstrate products to clinicians
2. Might have a degree in nursing, ODP, or paramedicine
3. Have great communication skills, whether in meetings with your customers, negotiations, or sales strategies
4. Effectively plan and prepare for customer meetings with clear objectives and engage positively with all customers
5. Have some project management skills, as well as an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office
As the role is field-based, you need to have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
