We are seeking full time experienced and enthusiastic SEN lecturers with experience of teaching students with autism and other complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity as we are opening a new premises in Bermondsey in September 2025 in addition to our current provision in Camberwell. You will be delivering a curriculum based on the four Preparing for Adulthood pathways - Good Health, Independent Living, Employment and Friends, Relationships and the Community. A large part of learning takes place in a variety of community-based settings. You will be delivering teaching and learning both in the college and community settings. Learners are working at pre-entry level, aged 16-25, knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and experience of behaviours of concern are essential.
You will have or be working towards a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent, and recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs.
