Job summary Care professionals required - No experience necessary The ICS People Team are working in partnership with the Care Market Development Team of Staffordshire County Council to promote careers in Social Care. In order to support the market, we are recruiting caring and compassionate carers, to work in busy teams within local care homes in and around Staffordshire to assist the resident in activities of daily living, promoting their comfort. Although the roles will initially be temporary, we are promoting our permanent recruitment service to local providers, and our staff will have access to permanent roles within care homes and be paid to attend 2 shadow shifts as working interviews. These roles can be full time or part time however we are unable to offer sponsorship for these roles at this time You don't need experience We have access to rapid induction programmes that will give you the knowledge to carry out the role, and we will also offer paid shadow shifts in locations in the area until you feel comfortable, and we can arrange these within hours that suit you Main duties of the job You will be working in partnership with other health professionals and agencies to meet the requirements of the residents. You will have access to their support plan which will give you all the information you need to do the job. As you will be working closely with your residents, any changes that you notice will need to be reported so that care can be reviewed.
