Your Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial results. Develop insightful monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses. Regulatory Compliance & Annual Accounts: Prepare quarterly returns for VAT, corporation tax, and Gift Aid. Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts and provide key support during the year-end audit process. Financial Control & Systems: Uphold a robust audit and control framework, identifying improvements where needed. Ensure financial systems operate with integrity and accuracy. Business Partnering & Treasury Management: Support the development of revenue, capital, and cash forecasts and budgets. Oversee cash flow, reserves compliance, and cash management processes.
