We are seeking a General Manager to develop and drive forward our Visitor Centre and restaurant. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of food and service while retaining a friendly approach.
The Day-to-Day:
* Manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and collaborate on exciting events and campaigns.
* Ensure the team provides a professional, friendly, and welcoming service to all guests.
* Train staff to deliver the standard of service appropriate and ensure excellent customer service.
* Recruit, develop, and train staff as required, including supervisory staff.
* Rota service staff ensuring a Supervisor is designated for every shift.
* Control staff costs to deliver required profitability.
* Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees and guests at all times.
