Property Development Manager job
An exciting Property Management job in our retail business area to make sure our charity shop premises are maintained with safety and efficiency and ensure we have shops in the best locations to generate income to support people affected by cancer.
We're Recruiting...
We’re looking for an expert Property Manager in dealing with retail premises to support our work over the next 12 months, helping us grow our income through acquisitions and relocations in the best locations.
In person interviews held in our Cardiff Head Office on week commencing 25th November 2024
You might have done property or building management before, so you’re well experienced when it comes to dealing and negotiating with external contractors, managing projects, and keeping check on the details of work specifications and managing costs.
Much of the Property Development Manager work relies on compliance, so you’ll be up to date with regulatory changes and managing risk with your experience of managing building-related projects. You may also have qualifications like IOSH or NEBOSH.
We have 56 shops across Wales and the South West, so you’ll need to be within easy access to travel to our sites, staying overnight if needed when working at them or exploring new shop locations. Although there is home/office working, you would ideally have a UK work base in Wales, its borders, or the South West, so you’re well located to travel for work with a home setup if you’re not within easy reach of our Cardiff Head Office.
This is a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract.
