We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Community Support Workers to join our team who deliver care and support to people staying at HM Prison Isle of Wight.
You will play a key role in supporting to deliver a high-quality service, which has a person-centred approach and actively supports and maximises people’s independence. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of working in a domiciliary setting providing double handed care and support to people who have care and support needs.
This is a very rewarding role and is ideally suited to both those who are experienced and those who are new to caring.
As part of a new and enthusiastic team, you will benefit from shift-based pay, rather than contact time and guaranteed hours per week plus overtime.
You will be working on a shift basis, at HMP Isle of Wight in Newport.
