What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of the National Curriculum Strong classroom management skills Degree-level education (preferred but not essential) A child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Two professional references from recent employment Experience supporting young people with SEN or additional learning needs (desirable) Your Role: Supporting KS3 and KS4 students across a range of abilities, including those with SEMH needs Working collaboratively with teachers and fellow TAs Assisting with classroom activities, 1:1 support, and small group sessions Engaging in extracurricular activities to enhance student learning Why Join Us?
