This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant with level 2 or above in an Early Years or Child Care qualification to work as part of a forward-thinking team.
About the role
Position: EY Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: North Somerset
Start Date: 13th January 2025 - ongoing
Salary: £12.86-£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience, training or qualifications and pro-rated on a full-time basis)
The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is an Early Years specific qualification.
The Role:
The School is looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to undertake a full school role supporting a class of reception children, on a long-term, full-time basis.
Looking for a driven, proactive and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant.
This position will commence 13th January 2025, working 08:30am until 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
The school is very proud of its progressive Senior Leadership Team and benefits from a supportive wider school community.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
* Experience of working with primary school aged children
* Experience of working with pupils within EYFS essential, with a specific EY qualification required
* A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
* An ability to work as part of a team
* Valid photo ID - Driving Licence/Provisional and Valid Passport
