Location: Bournemouth
As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Flexibility is essential as shift lengths vary, and travel to different sites is required. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 out of 7 days shift pattern)
Shift Hours: Evening/Night shifts

Team Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to correct procedures and processes
* Maintain high standards of customer service across all sites
* Accurately complete stock counts within designated timeframes

Person Specification:
* Valid Full Driving License
* Effective communication skills across all levels
* Basic IT proficiency
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Effective time management and ability to work independently
* Willingness and ability to travel
Please note that the role involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail environments, including high-level stock access. The position requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
