About this role and you: We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with deep expertise in managing Meta and Google advertising accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving efficiencies, scaling performance, and acquiring new customers through best-in-class paid media execution. This role will be hands-on, requiring excellent in-channel experience to optimize campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and implement strategies that maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to refine and execute our paid media strategy, ensuring Nkuku’s digital presence continues to grow. You’ll also take ownership of our affiliate marketing programme, identifying and managing relationships with partners that align with our brand values and commercial goals. You’ll be proactive in identifying growth opportunities outside of traditional paid media channels, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape the future of our digital strategy. About your key responsibilities: Day-to-day management of Meta and Google Ads accounts, ensuring performance is optimized for efficiency and customer acquisition. Continuous testing and iteration of creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive improvement in key metrics. Budget management, forecasting, and allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Proactive campaign scaling, identifying opportunities for growth while maintaining efficiency. Ownership of the affiliate marketing programme—managing partners, tracking performance, and growing the channel. Performance analysis and reporting, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams to align paid media strategies with wider business goals, promotions, and product launches. Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure Nkuku remains at the forefront of digital marketing. Proactively identifying and testing new digital growth opportunities beyond Meta and Google—whether through emerging platforms, new ad formats, or strategic partnerships. About your skills and knowledge: This position would suit an experienced paid media specialist with a proven track record of managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns together with experience managing and growing Affiliates. You should be highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about growth marketing. Proven experience managing significant budgets across Meta and Google Ads. Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion rate optimization. Experience in scaling campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong ROI. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools. Experience managing affiliate programmes or working with affiliate partners is a plus. Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and turn them into actionable strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns at once. A growth mindset—always looking for ways to improve performance and test new approaches.
