As an Installation Coordinator, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers, both internal and external. All requests received for an installation of a new product or equipment change will be handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
You will support the coordination of the installation by liaising with our National Technicians to ensure the work is carried out within the service levels agreed. You will work with our customers to ensure that the installations are planned at a time that best suits their requirements and liaise with our route to market wholesale partners to ensure that beer and gas are delivered to the premises prior to the installation being completed.
You will be responsible for analyzing trends in service levels, fault diagnosis, and supporting the Sales team to drive our quality agenda through customer engagement and ongoing review.
The work within the operations department, in the role of Installation Coordinator, is integral to support our customers to serve the best quality beer, using the best quality equipment and to install taps on bars as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional service experience for your customer
* Reach and exceed targets as defined by the department
* Answer telephone queries and establish faults with beer dispense equipment, providing technical advice on how to resolve the fault and engaging the customer to self-help
* Build strong working relationships within the department and across our sales team
* Ensure jobs are inputted accurately and in real-time
* Develop your technical knowledge of beer dispense equipment
