About Us Join our dynamic HR team as a Compliance Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting recruitment and compliance functions. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure all hiring processes are well-coordinated, accurate, and compliant with company policies and employment regulations. The Role As a Compliance Administrator, you will maintain accurate records, support onboarding, ensure compliance with recruitment regulations, and assist in audits. You will help manage candidate progress, track compliance documentation, and work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate applicant records using internal tracking systems and handle electronic and physical filing in line with data privacy policies. Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate documentation are compliant with legal and company standards (e.g., right-to-work checks, references, pre-employment screening). Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required compliance documents are completed before start dates. Assist candidates with Workday and Fit4Jobs, and support colleagues with background checks. Generate reports on recruitment metrics, compliance status, and onboarding progress for internal audits. Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate progress, interview outcomes, and compliance documentation. Support internal and external audits by maintaining up-to-date compliance records. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment cycle and collaborate with recruiters and HR teams. Liaise with agencies to ensure compliance of agency-provided candidates. Ensure recruitment processes adhere to equality, diversity, and inclusion policies. Support recruitment-related events and undertake any additional administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has experience in a recruitment or HR administration role. Has a strong understanding of compliance in recruitment (e.g., right-to-work, DBS checks). Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Is confident using ATS, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office. Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Has knowledge of employment law and GDPR (desirable).
