Job Description
This well-appointed independent country house hotel is currently looking for an experienced Manager to run their Conference and Banqueting. Live-in accommodation can be provided.
With seven rooms over two floors and a purpose-built permanent marquee, this property can cater for 10 in a boardroom setting or up to 400 for a function.
As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of an Assistant Manager and supervisor, as well as organizing up to 50 casual staff.
For this Conference & Banqueting Manager role, you must have experience with quality, volume events, conferencing, and banqueting, preferably with some hotel exposure and at least at Supervisor level.
Along with a competitive salary, there is a package and an opportunity to earn a share of the service charge.
